HB2807-Nullify the Federal Ban on Hemp

…Because West Virginia is not your Great Grandfather’s Virginia…

“House Bill 2807 (HB2807) would amend the state’s industrial hemp laws to allow licensed growers to produce industrial hemp, and licensed handlers to process industrial hemp and seed, without the seed commissioner obtaining federal waivers first. The bill would cut the federal government completely out of the state’s hemp policy.”

Take the time to Support the Bill, not only for yourself, but the State of West Virginia, it’s country roads, the wild and wonderful scenes, mountains, landscape, people, and communities. Because of it’s past, for it’s present, and future. ‘Mountaineers are Always Free”
