We are pleased to announce that there is now an official application to cultivate hemp as part of pilot programs in West Virginia!

All you need is to complete the application, and find an extension agent or professor at a higher educational institution, (like WVU, or WV state) to sign off and sponsor/oversee your pilot program.
For now work on filing an application, we will work on finding professors willing to help!
